International teams lose time, trust and money to cultural friction. I help them fix it.
I work with CEOs, HR leaders, and managers worldwide to surface what’s actually getting in the way — and fix it through training, workshops, and ongoing advisory support.
Most international teams look aligned. They’re not.
Underneath the surface, people are operating with completely different assumptions. That gap is where the friction lives — and it rarely fixes itself.
Decisions get discussed but never clearly land
Everyone leaves the meeting with a different understandingFeedback creates tension instead of improvement
What’s direct in one culture is offensive in anotherOwnership is unclear across regions
Follow-through breaks down at the cultural boundaryCommunication works within teams — not across them
The real collaboration never quite happensLeadership expectations differ by culture
What looks like strong leadership in one context looks weak in anotherPerformance suffers — for reasons nobody can name
The friction is real but hard to point toPractical interventions that create real change
Surface what’s actually happening
Most teams can’t see their own friction clearly. I bring structured tools to identify where cultural differences are creating misalignment — in communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
Establish shared ways of working
Not theory — practical, agreed norms for how this specific team communicates, gives feedback, makes decisions, and follows through. Built together, owned by the team.
Build cross-cultural leadership
Supporting leaders who are managing across cultures — helping them understand what’s driving team behaviour and how to lead more effectively across cultural difference.
Embed lasting change
Workshops create alignment quickly. Advisory support, coaching, and mentoring helps organisations embed the change over time — so it sticks beyond the session and becomes part of how the team works.

Meaningful change takes more than a day
Workshops create alignment and clarity. But embedding lasting change in how an international team communicates and makes decisions requires ongoing support.
I work with organisations and leaders who want to go further — through advisory support, mentoring, leadership coaching, and ongoing partnership.

Cross-Cultural Management Consultant & Trainer · BarcelonaI work with CEOs, HR leaders, and senior managers who are leading international and multicultural teams — helping them surface what’s actually getting in the way and establish clear, shared ways of working in practice, not just in theory.
My background spans the UK, Spain, and West Africa, across education, construction, and the non-profit sector — environments where the cultural stakes were high and the margin for miscommunication was real. That’s what shaped how I approach this work today.
I also lecture in Cross-Cultural Communication at SBS Swiss Business School in Barcelona, on the International Business Masters programme.
